It has been a humbling two-year experience with the pandemic. We have learned to adapt, live with losses, and create new connections. As Rev. Eric has shared with us over the past few months, it is time to look forward and start reconnecting.
With that in mind, the Engagement Team is reorganizing the hospitality teams. Team responsibilities have a few minor changes*. (Please review the descriptions below.) Most of all, we want to honor and accommodate your interests and schedules.
Volunteering for a hospitality team is a great way to re/connect with members and friends! As in the past, we hope you will serve on a team for just two months out of the year. Our teams again will be:
January/July
February/August
March/September
April/October
May/November
June/December
Please look over these combinations and the variety of team tasks and let us know when you would like to volunteer! (If only one month will fit your schedule, just indicate that.)

Hospitality Team Responsibilities:
Greeters – Welcome attendees upon arrival, follow current covid protocols, assure visitors sign registry, answer questions for visitors, etc.
Ushers – Distribute bulletins, count for attendance, collect and count the offering, etc.
Refreshments – Prepare refreshments and coffee for the fellowship time after the service
Clean Up – Clean up the kitchen after the fellowship time, assure all lights are off, and lock the building, etc.
