Music in the Winter Twilight

Friday, December 10 from 6:45-7:15 p.m. at Dow Gardens is your only opportunity to see and hear the UUFoM choir sing its full holiday program including favorites such as Dark of Winter,  Chanukah, O Chanukah, Follow that Star, and Riu, Riu Chiu. This program will not be repeated on Sunday morning at the Fellowship.

The Fellowship choir’s performance space will be at the Birches, the first stop along the luminary lit path after you leave the visitors center. Come early, walk through the lighted gardens and circle back to hear us, or come in time to hear us then proceed as far as you want to along the lighted path. Hot drinks are available to purchase at the barns or bring a thermos. We will be passing out bags of cookies.

December weekends are generally busy at the Midland Center for the Arts so you may want to consider carpooling. The paths in the gardens are dimly lit so you may also want to bring a flashlight.

If you would like to bake and bag cookies to give away at the Birches please contact Sara Clavez.
