This year’s virtual Annual Business Meeting will include annual reports, reviewing and approving the 2022 budget, voting in Board Members and Nominating Committee members and presenting the annual Unsung Hero Award.
The virtual meeting will begin at 12:30 pm. Members who are not able to attend are urged to fill out a proxy form which is available online (click here) and find a member who will represent them at the meeting. Members may cast a vote for themselves and no more than one proxy. Only ONE PROXY per person. Before you submit the proxy form, contact your proxy and let them know they are voting for you.
Any person who has been a member for a minimum of 45 days is eligible to vote at a meeting of the Fellowship. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, we ask that those who are not members consider sitting this meeting out to allow for easier entry authentication, voting and meeting management.
